Simple & Spicy Oven-Fried Pork Chops

I got home from work today with limited time to scarf down a dinner before heading out to the movies, so I wanted to make something quick, filling, and tasty.Enter my super-simple and super-quick recipe for spicy oven-fried pork chops! This meal is protein-filled to keep you full, takes 20 minutes in the oven, and tastes like a lot of work was put into it (a great way to fool and impress dinner guests).

You will need:
Pork chops
Shake n Bake Pork flavored seasoning
Mayonnaise
Sriracha sauce

Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F.

Start by mixing your mayo and Sriracha sauce together. The amount you add is totally dependent on how spicy you like your chops, but plan on adding 1 - 2 1/2 teaspoons of Sriracha for every 1/4 cup of mayonnaise.

Next, grab your pork chop (or chops, if you're having guests).

Open up your Shake 'N Bake seasoning and pour some of it into a shallow dish.

Slather your mayonnaise onto one side of the pork chop, then flip it over and coat with the seasoning. Do the same for the other side of the chop.

Place your chop on a baking sheet lined with foil and cook for 20 minutes.

When it's done, you'll be left with a juicy, crispy, spicy cut of meat.
